A lawyer since 2002, registered at the Bar Association of Rome, previously in Pescara.

PROTECTION OF RIGHTS
The Firm centers its focus on the fundamental value of defense, understood as a right that must be granted to anyone. Attorney Bravin has always been listed among the court-appointed defenders and was one of the founders of the Association of Public Defenders (ADU) in 2015, which is now active in almost all of Italy, with thousands of members, and of which he served as national president for two years.
Since the beginning of his career, he has always been attentive to the defense of the less fortunate and is enabled for State-Funded Legal Aid as provided for by the Ministerial Decree 215/2002. He has also obtained important jurisprudential judgments in the general interest. For example, the one on the so-called zero income (Cass. Criminal Section IV n. 10406 of 5.12.2017) which states, "The rejection of the application for legal aid based solely on the note that the indicated income is zero, and therefore potentially misleading, is not legitimate. The rejection of the application for free legal aid, based on the mere assertion that the self-declaration of the absence of income is potentially deceitful, violates the provisions referred to in letter c) of article 79 of the Presidential Decree 115/2002..."
